Which Anti-Virus (with anti-spam & anti-spyware) software is the best now a days ?

Please suggest me which one is better among these -
1. NOD32 Anti-virus v3,
2. ESET Smart Security v3,
3. Kaspersky (latest version),
4. Trend Micro (latest version),
5. BitDefender Total Security 2009.
bitdefender and kaspersky is updated hourly. kaspersky can affect your pc performance, but not bitdefender. so i would say,
1. bitdefender
2. kaspersky
the other software..no idea.

I have used AVG Anti Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, Spy-bot Search and Destroy a spyware killer for years. I have recently added superantispyware. They are all free for personal use and I have had no trouble with Viruses Trojans Hackers etc. I have just upgraded to AVG free 8.0 and all seems good so far. Zone Alarm allows a lot of personal configuration unlike the Windows Firewall. They can all be downloaded from I also use Windows Defender from the Microsoft site. It is safe to use two anti-spy products but never use more than one A/V as it can cause conflicts. You should run A/V and anti spy weekly. Hope this helps
