What’s the best (free) anti-virus, anti-spam, and spyware remover?

I used the one from my internet provider for awhile but now I’m having problems with it. I just want a new one. The anti-virus didn’t work anyways. Anyone have one that they swear by?

I bet you can’t get a very good one for free. My computer has Norton AntiVirus Internet Security. It wasn’t too expensive, and works like a charm!
AVG is an excellent free service. Grisoft only charges their commercial customers so they choose to offer their home edition for free to anyone who wants it.
As for spyware… I also use Xoftspy with the AVG to make double sure I don’t miss something. Both can be set up to do daily scans. And AVG updates daily if you tell it to. Between the two… I’ve never missed a problem and I’ve found maybe 12 combined in the last three years.
Very good products.
