What is good and free anti spam site for email?

I am looking for a good and free anti spam site that will delete spam as it downloads or deletes after the email finishes downloading.
The email I am talking about concerns the email that I receive from my ISP….they have one but it costs a bundle. SO i was wondering if there was a free online spam site.

  2. I prefer Yahoo. It retrieves spam and will delete it in a certain period of time of you can just click one button and it will delete for you. It aslo gives you the amazing ability of marking emails as spam.
