The Anti Spam Hub

I’m using outlook express and i kep on getting spam emails. i’m not using OE configured with internet mails like yahoo, gmail etc… my POP3 and SMTP are provided by the our email service provider. i want to get rid of the spams but i’d like to know what anti spam solutions are recommended by majority here.. care to share your ideas and recommendations?
