You should be able to use that fix button for each problem it says you have. If in fact you do not have that choice, I think in the case of Internet & network, They want you to turn your Firewall ON. In the case of email & IM, They want you to have Spam blocker on. You may have to reinstall McAfee from your discs. this should fix the anti spam issue. You can always try a system restore to the point where you know everything worked properly.
