I’ve never heard of such a thing. However, even if you don’t spam, there is no guarantee that someone wouldn’t spoof your email address or domain to try and get through spam filters.
About the only thing you can do is have a privacy policy which states information about spamming and sharing subscriber’s information with others. Then you develop a reputation based on what you actually do.
