Anyone know of an excellent anti spam even if I have to pay for it?

I have McAffee suite and also Spamfighter(free), but in Yahoo E-Mails still get lots of spam. None though using Comcast for mail. So again excellent Anti Spam?

Norton Anti-Virus, it’s the best on the market, I’ve been using it for 5 yrs. and my computer has never gotten infected nor do I get spam, I highly reccomend it.
